Spritz Aperol

The Italian Spritz, also called Veneziano, is commonly served in the northern part of Italy, especially in Venice.

What you’ll need to do to make your own is fill a glass ¼ full with ice cubes, pour in 2 to 3 ounces Prosecco and top with 1 ½ ounces Aperol.Add a splash of soda water or sparkling water.Stir until mixed and enjoy.
